Influence of diffusing pattern on accuracy of distance measurement by optical triangulation method

摘要

Theoretical calculation data of influence of diffusing pattern and optical system parameters (only diffraction distortion are taken into account, without aberration effects) on distance measurement accuracy and, consequently, spatial position of surface are given. Estimation data of methodical inaccuracy of measurement are also given.
