DB Newark Lease Holdings LP and Torch Holdings LLC have retained Virage Energy Group LLC to market their work- ing interests in producing assets in the Barnett shale. Production from the properties total 3.0 million cubic feet (MMcf) of natural gas per day from 30 producing wells. The net cash flows are about $136,000 net per month from producing wells. In addition, Torch collects a net $3,100 per month from a gas gathering system it owns.
