摘要

Nanolayered flaky Fe-based amorphous-nanocrystalline/graphite sheet composites with excellent microwave absorbing properties are fabricated by ball milling the Fe-based amorphous alloy and graphite. The obtained composites consist of Fe-based amorphous-nanocrystalline flakes and graphite sheet coating, which exhibit good impedance matching. The modified magnetic and dielectric properties, especially the large coercivity, high permeability and the interfacial polarization are responsible for the significantly improved microwave absorption properties with minimum reflection loss of -67.95 dB at thin thickness of 1.6 mm and bandwidth of 5.36 GHz. The facile composites with excellent microwave absorbing properties are potential materials for high-performance microwave absorbers. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
