Repsol signs agreement to license technologies

The Spanish energy company signed a collaboration agreement with US-based engineering firm company Engineers & Constructors International(ECI)to license its PC production technologies.Under the agreement,Repsol will license its ethylene butyl acrylate copolymer(EBA),ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),and low-density polyethylene production processes and will be an operational partner in providing applications and operational support in addition to product knowledge.Repsol hopes the agreement will allow it to grow its chemical business and increase its position in the EVA/EBA copolymer market.
