US crude stocks continue to tighten; product inventories swell

Combined EIA crude and product inventories increased over the week ending July 12 by 6.2MM bbl to 824.9MM bbl.Crude oil stocks skidded 3.1MM bbl to 455.9MM bbl,down for the fifth straight week and settling at a three-month low.Also,crude stocks held at the NYMEX WTI delivery point of Cushing,Oklahoma fell 1.35MM bbl to 50.83MM bbl.
