Fujairah HSFO prices rise, but other product prices fall.

Data from S&P Global Platts indicated the price for unleaded, 95-octane gasoline decreased by 56￠/bbl over the week ending July 14 to hit $49.23/bbl FOB Fujairah. China, Europe, and other suppliers were said to have been adding to an abundance of spot gasoline in the East-of-Suez market. Middle-distillate availability, on the other hand, was seen as tightening as poor margins encouraged continued refinery run cuts. Nevertheless, the price for kerosene fell by 39￠/bbl over the week to reach $42.61/bbl FOB Fujairah while 10-ppm-sulfur gasoil inched down by 80/bbl to hit $47.99/bbl FOB Fujairah. On July 14, Brent-Forties-Oseberg on an FOB-Europe basis was assessed at $42.97/bbl, placing the crack for gasoline at $6.26/bbl, down slightly from the previous week's $6,51/bbl. Kerosene's crack to the crude weakened from negative-28￠/bbl on July 7 to negative-36￠/bbl on July 14, while gasoil's crack increased from $4.79/bbl to $5.02/bbl over the same timeframe.
