The Motorist Assurance Program(MAP),a non-profit association that aims to build trust between motorists and automotive repair service providers,has launched a redesigned website to educate and assist consumers more effectively.The new motorist.org website is designed to educate consumers on their vehicle and its systems as well as connect motorists with local service providers that have agreed to participate in the MAP process,the association said.The MAP process focuses on im-proving transparency and trust and guides service providers through a consistent vehicle inspection using thousands of standards resulting in recommendations that are communicated in a way a motorist understands.
