Commerce finds no dumping by 2 Chinese tire makers WASHINGTON

Two Chinese off-the-road tire manufacturers did not sell their products at less than fair value in the U.S. between Sept. 1, 2017, and Aug. 31, 2018, the US. Department of Commerce has ruled. Commerce found in a routine administrative review that Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co. Ltd. and Qingdao Honghua Tire Factory had dumping margins of 0% during the review period, the agency said.
