The General Administration of China Customs announced on 8 November that the country's import quantity ofiron ore in October 2018 stood at 88.396 mil tons, up 11.2% (8.906 mil tons) year-on-year (y/y), but down 5.4% (5.075 miltons) month-on-month (m/m).
