According to a source, an Ukrainian plate mill has raised its price of general-purpose (GP) plate for September shipments by $20-30 from the previous month in the Singaporean market. The offer price is said to be $580-590 CFR. In the Singaporean market, Chinese mills have reportedly made offers at $550-560 CFR (unchanged from the previous week), which is the price after a $20 markup was made.
