According to a source, a multiple number of Chinese steel sheet pile mills have offered a $10 markup during theirnegotiations on sheet pile to Asia. The mills had offered a markdown before the Chinese New Year holiday period began,and lowered the price from $560 CFR to $545. Still, no successful contracts at this price have been reported so far.
