Gujarat textile policy extended for one year

The Gujarat Government said that it is extending its textile policy for one more year. The five-year term of the policy was to expire on September 4. But, now it shall remain under implementation till September 3, 2018. The industries and mining department issued the government resolution. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani approved the extension of the policy for one year. The release issued by the government stated, "Many players of textile industry had requested the State Government. Thus it was decided to extend the benefits of the industry."
