AbstractDIPEA-promoted one-pot synthesis of perfluoroalkylated indolizinylphosphonates by the reaction of pyridines1, bromomethyl ketones2with perfluoroalkynylphosphonates3is described. This procedure is compatible with a broad range of functional groups in both pyridines and ketones with good yields.
