BCB-Sumitomo Farm-In Agreement on Hillalong PJ Has Gone Unconditional

Bowen Coking Coal (ASX: BCB) announced on 23rd that the formal, binding Farm-In Agreement on the Hillalong Coking Coal project with SCAP Hillalong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation has gone unconditional. All conditions precedent to the agreement have been met, and Sumitomo has paid a total of $724,794 for the exploration spend on the project by November 30th, 2019.
