Korea South-East Power (KOEN) has issued a pair of three-year term tenders for a combined 390,000 metric tonnes of thermal coal supplies in the first contract year. Tender LT01 is for two Panamaxes (150,000 tonnes in total) of single mine 3,700-4,000 kc NAR min material with no more than 0.4% max sulfur, 45% max moisture and 10% max ash (air dried). Delivery in the first contract year is required in February, with the same quantity required in both year two and three, spanning March 2020 to February 2022.
