Revolutionary Handle Technology in PET Bottles!!

INTEGRATED Plastics Ply Ltd is an Australian based company owns the intellectual property for their specific process to manufacture world's first integrally molded handle(IMH~TM)PET bottles. Such process can be considered as unique on a world scale,and represents a very interesting novelty for the PET packaging industry!! In partnership with Tru Blu Beverages(Australia's largest non-alcoholic beverage contract packer),SDB Korea(developer and manufacture of high speed ISBM)and Subba Bangera(Chairman Active Biz Solutions,former CEO,Sidel India)Integrated Plastics undertook an extensive programme of continual development and improvement which included 3 single cavity blow moulding machines,20+ single cavity prototype moulds,12+ bottle designs including moulds and 5 multi cavity preform moulds. In October 2017,Integrated Plastics have commissioned the world's first 4 cavity rotary IMH~TM ISBM and immediately saw line speed improvement exceeding 320% above our previous output,a weight reduction greater than 12%.
