Moscow-Russia’s November crude production was little changed on the month at 10.94 million b/d, remaining compliant with the country’s obligations under the OPEC-led output cut deal, while its exports declined, according to preliminary energy ministry data. The country’s liquids output totaled 44.782 million mt in November, down 2.4% year on year, data released Saturday by the Central Dispatching Unit showed.
