NYMEX ULSD settles higher on demand spike

New York-Oil futures were mixed Thursday after Energy Information Administration data showed builds in crude and gasoline stocks, but draws in both distillate and total petroleum stocks. US distillate stocks fell 968,000 barrels to 169.073 million barrels in the week that ended January 13, EIA said. Analysts S&P Global surveyed were looking for a draw of 940,000 barrels.
