Sinopec’s 8 million mt/year Jiujiang refinery in central Jiangxi province has been operating at around 50% of capacity since a blast at its No. 1 gasoil hydrotreater in March, a source at the stateowned China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. said Tuesday. 'The affected refining units are still shut for maintenance,' the source said, adding, 'it’s unknown when those units will be restarted.'
