Washington-Two-thirds of US oil and natural gas executives surveyed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in September believe US oil production has peaked.Most executives surveyed-74%-also expect OPEC to play a bigger role in determining oil prices ahead,according to the thirdquarter survey of 166 energy firms released Sept.23."The global oil suppliers of the world(OPEC,Russia,shale producers)have enough oil to bring to market in the $40-$50/b range,"one executive said."Only the most fit operators and service companies will survive,especially in the US oil patch."
