Refined zinc and lead markets show significant supply deficits in Jan-Oct: ILZSG

The global refined zinc and leadmarkets show significant deficits in the first10 months of this year, with zinc demandexceeding supply by 401,000 mt and lead indeficit to the tune of 173,000 mt, accordingto the latest figures from the InternationalLead & Zinc Study Group.For the same period in 2016, zinc was indeficit by 195,000 mt, while lead showed asmall 35,000 mt surplus.
