Lima, Peru—Peru’s production of copper and gold dropped in November, while zinc, tin, and silver were little changed, the govern- ment said Tuesday. Copper output slid 1.4% to 211,346 mt from 214,253 mt a year ago, the Energy & Mines Ministry said in a statement, as miners began a national strike November 27, their second of 2019.
