UK-based mining company Centamin’s 2019 full-year gold production from its Sukari gold mine in Egypt increased 2% year on year to 480,528 oz, with an all-in sustaining cost of $943/oz, up 7% year on year, the company said Monday. The London-listed said gold sold for the period fell 3% year on year to 470,020 oz, at an average realized gold price of $1,399/oz, up 10% year on year. The company said it maintains its 2020 full year guidance, targeting gold production between 510,000-540,000 oz, with production weighted 55% in the last half of the year, at cash costs between $630-$680/ oz produced and all-in sustaining costs of $870-$920/oz sold.
