SES Completes Chinese JV Restructuring; ICCDI Joins Venture with 25% Interest

Beijing— Synthesis Energy Systems (SES) has completed the restructuring of its Chinese joint venture, Tianwo-SES Clean Energy Technologies (Tianwo-SES), allowing a third party to join the venture. As part of the restructuring, SES reduced its stake in Tianwo-SES to 25% from 35% and its existing partner, Suzhou THVOW Technology, reduced its interest to 50% from 65%. The reduced stakes allowed Innovative Coal Chemical Design Institute (ICCDI) to join Tianwo-SES with a 25% share ownership.
