MOL Chemical Tankers Agrees to Acquire Triton's 100% Stake in Nordic Tankers

Copenhagen- MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. (MOLCT) in Singapore has agreed to purchase 100% of the shares in Nordic Tankers A/S (NT) from Triton, the sole owner of NT, for an undisclosed amount. Upon completion of the transaction, expected at the beginning of February 2019, NT will be renamed MOL Nordic Tankers A/S. All existing management and employees will remain in the company and maintain the existing services without any disruptions, the parties noted.
