Manali Restarts Production at All Plants After Earlier Lockdown by Government

Chennai-Manali Petrochemicals announced the restart of both facilities (Plant 1 and Plant 2) in Manali, Chennai, India, of which operations were suspended this past March due to a complete lockdown by the central and state governments to help fight against COVID-19 (PCN, 20 Apr 2020, p 1). Last month, the company resumed propylene oxide (PO) production at Plant 1 and restarted propylene glycol production at both units.
