Australian miner Mineral Resourceshas agreed to buy compatriot BCI’s WesternAustralian Kumina iron ore project as partof the latter’s iron ore divestment process,the companies said in separate statementsMonday.At completion, Mineral Resourceswill pay BCI A$27 million ($19 million), afurther A$4 million when it achieves thefirst export of iron ore from the project andan additional A$4 million 12 months afterthe company achieves first export, MineralResources said.
