Pemex Advances Revamp of Tula Refinery

Mexican state oil company Pemex has installed a fractionating column at its Tula refinery in Hidalgo state as part of an ongoing reconfiguration process that the firm says will boost the facility's output of refined products by more than 40%. According to Pemex, the modernization project will require total investment of some $4.6 billion and will be complete in 2022.
