Indonesia Offers LNG to Japan

Indonesian President Susilo BambangYudhoyono has pledged to continue supply-ing Japan with LNG above and beyond itslong-term commitments in a bid to help thecountry cope with power shortages arisingfrom the Fukushima nuclear disaster.“Japan helped us when Indonesia sufferedtsunami damage, so now it is our turn to of-fer support,” Yudhoyono told Japanesenewspaper Nikkei during a visit to Japan thisweek.
