US Crude Exports Hit Record in December

Exports of crude oil from the US rocketed to record highs in December, government data show. The US shipped just under 3.7 million barrels per day of crude abroad at the end of 2019, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA)’s Petroleum Supply Monthly (PSM). That’s up from 2.4 million b/d in same month 2018.
