WASHINGTON-The U.S.Department of Commerce has determined preliminarily that imports of certain steel truck wheels from China are being subsidized and therefore subject to countervailing duties ranging from 48.75 to 172.51 percent.Commerce’s ruling is in response to a petition brought in April by Accuride Corp.of Evansville,Ind.,and Maxion Wheels Akron L.L.C.of Akron.
