Gazprom Neft Sets Out 2018 Borrowing, Capex Plans

Gazprom Neft is not planning to make any major acquisitions next year but still needs to borrow to finance its current activities and refinance existing loans, CEO Alexander Dyukov said last week. Dyukov said the borrowing plan for Russia’s fourth-largest oil producer in 2018 is about 200 billion- 210 billion rubles ($3.48 billion-$ 3.66 billion), although that has yet to be approved by the board of directors, which is meeting in December to consider the 2018 business plan.
