Gazprom is facing increased price pressure not only in Europe but in former Soviet Union states as well, with Kyrgyzstan the latest to seek a reduced gas price. Kyrgyzstan joins other members of the Moscow-led Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Belarus and Armenia, which earlier requested a gas price revision (NC Apr.9’20).
