Domestic iron ore prices surge on rising demand, globally

With rising demand in the international and domesticmarkets as well as higher steel and pellet rates, stateruniron ore miner NMDC has increased iron ore prices.Iron Ore: NMDC said that lump ore price has beenincreased by Rs 300 from Rs 3,550 per tonne to Rs3,850 per tonne, and fines price by Rs 200 from Rs3,110 per tonne to Rs 3,310 per tonne.
