Rain impacts Colombian met coal shipments

Heavy rain in Colombia has impacted production at the mostly metallurgical (met) coal mines in Cúcuta, in Norte de Santander department, and is still impacting deliveries to the ports on the Caribbean, but to a lesser extent than last month. In October, deliveries to a trader in that region had fallen to 50,000-60,000 t from a monthly average of 0.1 mt. However, November shipments have so far recovered to 75,000 t.
