India's largest power generator, state-run NTPC, has delayed the award of its 2.5 mt imported thermal coal tenders as price negotiations continue. “The tenders closed on 12 October and the award was expected in a week or so but it's delayed as negotiations over prices are going on,” according to an industry source.
