SCS Elects 'O3 . 'O4 Council

During the 54~(th) annual General Meeting of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS), which was held at the British Academy in London, the 2002-03 president, Maurice Hickling, led the meeting. The annual and financial reports were adopted, changes to the constitution regarding membership were agreed upon, and their officers and council for 2003-04 were elected.
