Offers from producers to domestic distributors in China were up further over the week as stock-building for domestic distribution and prospects of higher netbacks from possible exports prevailed. Mainstream deals in Shandong and Hebei were up by RMB 50/t ($7/t) on last week to RMB 1,880/t ($272/t) and the low end in Shanxi was also up by the same amount to RMB 1,800/t ($261/t) EXW/FCA.
