Europe: Q4 sulphur settling in $130s/t CFR

Some settlements on European sulphur contracts for the fourth quarter of 2018 have been finalised around $130/t CFR Benelux for barge and railcar, with some negotiations still continuing. Sources had previously suggested increases of around $10/t from Q3 seemed likely, depending on price starting point. Increases were therefore expected to put most large buyers' offtake around the low $130s/t CFR.
