Uralchem posts higher H1 fertilizer output

Uralchem’s total fertilizers production rose 3% year on year in the first half of 2018 to 3.2Mt, according to a company statement. Ammonium nitrate (AN) output rose 5% year on year to 152,400 t due to an improved average daily performance of weak acid units and a shortened repair period at the company’s KCCW and Azot facilities.
