Spot prices for sulphuric acid sales to Brazil remained assessed at $100-110/t CFR Brazil, as further sales were awaited. As previously reported, sources said that both Yara and Timac purchased above $100/t CFR, with the latter rumoured to be above $105/t. Mosaic was said to be seeking an additional four cargoes through the end of the year and chemicals producer Unigel also had demand for prompt tonnes.
