Russia: Jan-May DAP/MAP/NPK/NPS exports up 15%

Exports of DAP/MAP/NPK/NPS in the first five months of 2018 from Russia rose 15% to 5.0 Mt, with increases in DAP, NPK and NPS, according to new IHS Markit data. January to May DAP exports from Russia were up 56% year on year to 863,430 t. Jan-May DAP volumes to the US rose 16% to 126,673 t, shipments to Belgium rose 66% to 126,572 t and volumes to France rose 69% to 58,259 t. DAP exports from Russia to 19 different countries reached over 10,000 t during the five-month period.
