RCF's tender for 35,000 mt phosphate rock (minimum 29% P2O5/63% BPL) +/- 5% which closed May 2 received three offers, according to market sources. Offers are to be made on an FOB and CFR US dollar basis with validity of 30 days from the due date of the tender. Prices are likely to be made clear within the next few days. There are some indications the lowest offer was around $70/mt CFR.
