Brazil: Suggestions of further gMOP price firming

Brazilian granular MOP prices were assessed stable this week at an indicative $305-315/mt CFR although suppliers contend that buyers are not likely to be able to secure purchases at the low end of this range. Still, an importer suggested that most sales for arrival in May-June were finalised at $310/mt CFR or less and that $315/mt CFR was an offer level indicated for arrival in two months’ time.
