Ukraine/Black Sea: Output of prills set to drop more

As was reported March 5, DnieproAzot plans to suspend output of prilled urea from its 2,000 mt/day lines for about two months from April 10-15, resulting in an estimated loss of about 120,000 mt prills. OPZ is still running both prilled urea lines, but concern over lower forward netbacks and high current prices for natural gas may well trigger suspension of urea production in the middle of April. CherkassyAzot is not expected to export prilled urea over the summer months.
