India: January DAP production confirmed down 33%

India's January DAP production reached 287,600 mt, down 33% year on year, according to FAI data. The figures bring fertilizer year-to-date (April to January) DAP production in India to 4.0 million mt, up 10% year on year. Imports of DAP in January are reported at 116,000 mt, down from 186,000 mt in January 2016 which brings April to January DAP imports to 3.9 million mt, down 10% year on year.
