India: NFL tender details released and amended

As was reported in the December 16 Urea Market Alert, details on the December 22 National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) e-tender were made available on that date. These were subsequently amended via a December 19 corrigendum. Offers are now to be submitted on December 22 at 11:00 IST for an unspecified quantity of prilled and/or granular urea to load by January 20, and the offers are to remain valid through December 29. Technical offers with details of quantities offered will be made public on December 22 from 11:15 IST while prices submitted by suppliers will be accessed by the importer at 15:00 IST December 22.
