Omnia files for contempt of court against Foskor

Omnia filed an application in the High Court of Pretoria on December 7 to have Foskor and its directors declared in contempt of court, according to a media release from Omnia. The action is in response to Foskor not adhering to an order by South Africa's Competition Tribunal restricting its phosphoric acid price to the local market since 2014, Omnia said.
