Sulphur prices remained under pressure this week, with falls recorded in several price assessments, though prices West of Suez remained relatively more stable than those East of Suez. Qatar Petroleum's latest 35,000 mt tender closed this week, though there was a lack of clarity on the awarded price, with rumours ranging from the $130s/mt to the $150s/mt FOB. Either way, the price marks a decline from the producer's November tender, which was awarded above $200/mt FOB.
