China: Jan-Oct phosrock exports more than double

China’s January-October exports of phosphate rock more than doubled year on year to 417,313 mt from 196,165 mt, according to IHS GTA data. Of this, 273,127 mt were exported to South Korea, up from 122,974 mt in January-October 2016. Rock shipments to New Zealand reached 72,662 mt, up from just 939 mt previously, while those to Japan were down 17% at 59,679 mt.
